A computer tablet is a movable or portable computer, which consists of a battery, circuitry and display, all in a single piece. A tablet is outfitted with a touch screen, microphone, sensors, cameras as accelerometer, along with a stylus gesture or a finger that replaces the keyboard and computer mouse. These new age tablets may also consist of bodily buttons, for example, to organize and operate essential features, like power, speaker volume, to charge the battery or for ports for system connections. A virtual on screen, pop up keyboard is generally used for the purpose of typing. So a tablet is basically larger than the new age smart phones at around 7-8 inches or sometimes even larger, if measured slantways.
Conceived in the middle of the 20th century, and produced as well as prototyped in the previous two decades of the same century, this device gained recognition in 2010. As of the year 2012, in the month of march, around 32% of the internet user in the States were described to have tablets which were used basically for viewing published contents such as news and videos.
