A skin-tight garment that covers the legs till the ankle is known as a legging. This is a very comfortable and easy to wear clothing type and it makes a high demand these days among women of all the age groups especially the young girls. A legging is made from a stretchable material so as to tightly fit on the legs. Cotton, Lycra, nylon, wool, silk, polyester and various other materials are used for making leggings. These are available in many colours and various decorative designs so as to match with each and every type of upper garment. Kids have become keener on wearing leggings as their lower garment because with it, they can carry Indo-western as well as traditional Indian outfit.
For the little girls, leggings are available in many styles including, full length (typically ankle-length), knee length and medium length. They look really good wearing leggings with a T-shirt or a Kurti and they can even be carried with a top or a shirt.
